I'm Will Caraway. I built Riley and I run it from Colorado Springs. Every page, call flow and comparison on this site is written by me — not a content team, not an AI content pipeline. If something's wrong, you're talking to me.
Why Riley exists
Contractors work with their hands. They don't want AI software, a new phone system, or a dashboard to log into at 8 p.m.
They want their own phone to ring first, and when they're under a sink or on a roof, someone to catch the caller before that homeowner dials the next contractor on Google.
Riley is a one-person project here in Colorado Springs, so if something's wrong, you're talking to me.

Experience with phone systems
- I built Riley's call-handling stack on Twilio, including conditional call forwarding registration for each US major carrier (
*71on Verizon,**61*on AT&T and T-Mobile). - I personally test every change by calling the Riley demo line at (361) 301-9955 and listening to the call pass end to end.
- I handle Riley's SMS pipeline, including carrier A2P 10DLC registration for texts to customers.
